Jo studied at the London Academy of Radio Film and TV, where she received a Diploma with a distinction in screen acting, then she later went on to do courses in Creative Writing and Journalism

Jo first embarked on her presenting career working as a Showbiz Presenter for “That Film Show” on Rapture Television. She went on to work for shopping channels Usave TV and Star Bazaar Television, working with fitness equipment and health and beauty products.

Her recent TV credits include: Channel 4’s Peep Show, and her film credits include: Director. Luc Besson’s Feature Film ’The Fifth Element’.
